We had a very positive experience with Space throughout the search and subsequent purchase of our apartment. Lorraine was extremely attentive and helpful before we arrived in Spain, and Olivier was always so friendly, helpful and efficient during property visits on our viewing trip. He often went above and beyond our expectations and has remained in touch with us since we completed our purchase. The aftersales team, including Lucrecia, were also readily contactable and very responsive. We would definitely recommend Space to other house hunters!

Wow …. Lorraine where do I start. You took the time out to understand and help me through this emotional process. A legacy to continue for my dad. When looking for Villa we tried a selection of agents at first, however it was Julian that found the best suited properties being a new build resale, which others had told us we would not get. Top man and fantastic service. Very punctual, will and does go out of his way to please. Also Lorrainne deserves special mention too as it was her who got us up and running with searches, sending weekly tailored emails followed up with a call to get us moving in the right direction before came out. Can’t recommend these guys highly enough.

i don't really do social media,but i felt compelled to say how fantastic Mosy Homes have been.
It started on March 24th when we met Glen the agent.
He showed us around 5 properties and on the 7th July we completed on our new property.
Glen and Mosy Homes have been brilliant from start to finish.
With the experts they put us in touch with,it made the whole experience of buying abroad very simple & stress free.

Space were very helpful and Ryan in particular was very friendly, informative and patient in helping us finding the perfect place for us which we did.
In a previous search we used various agents however this time only Ryan and he done the ground work with other agents which was much easier rather than dealing with 3-4 different agents and losing track of what you have seen and so on.
Ryan can contact any property you see online and arrange the viewing with the sellers agent which again made it much much easier.

We are a British couple who decided to invest in a Spanish holiday rental. We reach out to Space to help with our search. WOW, we got so much more then someone just showing us houses! We recently purchased our apartment in Duquesa through Mosy Homes and dealt with Julian. After video viewing the first apartment he took on board completely what we did and didnt want and found us the perfect property which ticked all our boxes. I really can’t speak highly enough of this company. We were looking to buy an apartment in Spain and really didn’t know where to start. From the first moment I spoke to Lorrainne she was incredibly helpful and phoned me every week without fail for a catch up. When we finally went over to Spain to look at properties we dealt with Liam who is an absolute star ! They made the whole process as smooth as possible and we finally completed on our perfect apartment today. Fantastic ongoing service from Mosy Homes. From the start Lorrainne and Sean have gone above and beyond and their service is continuing. Regular phone calls to see if there is any help we need, they have sorted out currency conversion, a solicitor and now even a bank account. We gave Mosy Homes very little notice that we wanted to view some properties but Milan managed to arrange 7 viewings in 2 days. They are honest and not remotely pushy. Buying in Spain is all very new to us, but we came away from a 4 day holiday with an offer accepted! I would thoroughly recommend.
